Organizing a main event involving the opening of a new sport complex with MOTG involved in the entertainment program of this day
- Setting up a sports- and music entertainment program for the day
- booking sportsmen and artists
- pre production involving sound, light, schedule, renting sports attributes, etc
- Gathering a crew of volunteers and paid personnel
- Managing the financial budget
- Making advertisements (magazine advertisement and internet banners)
- All correspondence with the client

Apart from this event I still work closely with one of the share holders who is responsible for all online content and video footage.
