Objective

As a front-end developer responsible for enhancing the user experience at SVB. This includes analyzing, coordinating initiatives, and advising colleagues (including developers, copywriters) to achieve improved usability and engagement.

Details

As a Senior Frontend Developer at SVB, I was instrumental in developing new front-ends for the context-sensitive Knowledge Library. This role involved working with several teams to develop static versions of these projects as a basis for dynamic versions in collaboration with Triodion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developed a new front-end for the Knowledge Library that provides dynamic help pages based on specific triggers to assist employees in handling cases.
• Developed a new front-end for a restructured and organized knowledge database that includes all Dutch social laws and work instructions.
• Collaborated with project teams to ensure that both static and dynamic content meets organizational standards and project objectives.

This role required a highly experienced and proactive frontend developer who is ready to take on challenging projects that enhance the usability and accessibility of SVB’s digital resources.
